Give us your personal summing up of the tour...
Fannytastic!
Did all the feelings come flooding back when you started the first few gigs?
It took me a few shows to settle into it, and then my hands got very sore from not having played properly for a few years, but then once I settled in some of those shows were the best we've ever done I'd say.
Any songs you wish you had played, or didn't play on the tour?
No I think we got the balance right, people were there to here the hits, not the shits and that is what we did.
Have to say that Dolphin and Where Have You Been Tonight both sounded mint all the way through the tour. Which song did you think had matured best over the years?
I think Dolphin and Devil In Your Shoes sounded fresh, Bully boy didn't sound nearly as cheesy as I thought it might. If I wasn't playing drums, I'd have been tapping my feet.
Which was your favourite gig of the tour?
Leeds and the Manchester shows.
Seeing Rick suffer from his throat problems must have been pretty bad, did anybody else suffer during the tour?
His throat was a walk in the park compared to my hands, it's just that I don't complain, I just soldier on, I'm a proper brave little soldier I am, what with my poorly hands and stuff!!!
A lot was said of the possible tension on stage by certain sections, do you find that sort of thing laughable?
It was the most stress free tour we've ever done it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to play again. So yes, laughable, very laughable, Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.
What now for each of one of you? Back to the day jobs?
Well we are supposedly doing V2008 and T In The Park which should add an element of excitement to the otherwise run of the mill year I've no doubt got ahead of me.
The big question... Whats the future plans for Shed Seven? Any plans for any sort of semi/fully permanent comeback? New songs or any further gigs in 2008?
No new songs as far as I'm concerned, Festivals are hopefully where it's at this year.
